Product Description

The 250W Brush DC Gear Motor offers high performance and adaptability, perfect for a range of industrial and hobbyist applications. With a frame size of 104mm x 104mm, this motor is designed to fit into confined spaces without compromising on power. It operates on a wide voltage range of 24-90V, providing flexibility for various power sources and control systems.

In no-load conditions, the motor runs at a speed of 3300-3400 RPM, drawing a current between 0.8-3.0A. When under load, the speed decreases slightly to 3000 RPM, with a corresponding current draw of 2.0-16.0A. This motor delivers a torque of 796mN.m, ensuring it can handle demanding tasks with ease.

The speed is calculated by dividing the motor's synchronous ped by the gearatio. The actual speed is 2%~20% less than the displayed value, depending on the size of the load.

To reduce the speed beyond the gear ratio in the table, attach a decimal gearhead (gear ratio:10) between the gearhead and motor. In that case, the permissible torque is 40Nm.
